Here at U.S. Tae Kwon Do Hapkido Martial Arts Center, self defense is very high on the priority list. So it stands to reason that firearm safety, handling and tactics would also be high on the list.
Our reality based approach is designed to provide you with skills that can potentially save your life or family in an armed self defense situation.
The Concealed Weapon or Firearm License Course is designed to prepare and provide participants with everything they’ll need to qualify and apply for the State’s CWFL license requirements.
Regardless of your skill or experience level prior to attending this course, you’ll leave with a firm understanding of the laws and regulations governing the use of firearms/weapons, and a sense of competency in handling your own firearm.
We will come to you. Corporate and group rates and programs to include active shooter response in the workplace are available. We will schedule groups as small as 5 participants. Due to the nature of group settings and active shooter response, call to discuss specific rates and logistics of the training.
In addition to the Concealed Weapon Course, we offer bi-monthly firearm training that goes well beyond the concealed carry course. This is where we learn the handling and tactics that will be necessary in defending one family and home.
The course is offered on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 7pm. Call us first to verify.
You may bring your own firearm for training, unloaded. If you are new to firearms we will help you get a better understanding of their use and function. If you do not have one, no worries, we will have a couple on hand that you can use.
